

Pinebrook Farms offers a proven, extensive horsemanship course, as a part of Pinebrook Farms Riding School
Taught by Jorine Seale, a CHA Certified Master Instructor in both English and Western diciplines, this course offers excellent instruction for adults who want to improve riding skills and learn more about horses. Highly recommended for those who are planning on buying their first horse and valuable for experienced horse owners who want to learn new riding, training and health care techniques.
Classes will be taught during the spring and fall. Next class begins January 17 and runs thru May 1, 2012.
Located at Pinebrook Farms, one night a week, for sixteen weeks, on Tuesdays - 7:00 P.M. to 9:45 P.M.
Class enrollment is limited to 15 students per classes.
Additional certified and experienced instructors assist with the class.
Classes consist of an hour and a half of riding lessons, and an hour and a half of horsemanship instruction. Topics may include:
| Better riding and training techniques | How to prevent, recognize and treat diseases and ailments of horses |
| Risk management while riding and in the barn. | Understanding horses' instincts and behavior |
| How to buy or sell a horse | Good barn management |
| Good dental and farrier care | And much more (See Lessons and Facilities) |
Gentle, well trained, responsive horses are used for classes
All tack, grooming equipment and helmets provided
Course fee $395.00 to be paid by January 10 th.
