ANNOUNCING NEW 2024 SUMMER HORSEMANSHIP INFORMATION!

Just a note to let you know that this year's Summer Camp will be quite different! First of all, thanks to all of our previous campers and parents, who have contacted us about the plans for this summer. We regret getting back to you later in the season this year, and appreciate your continued interest in horsemanship programs here at Pinebrook Farms.

Second, although important demands have caused changes in our summer plans, we could not imagine NOT having summer horse camp. So with limited time and availability, we will be doing three "jam packed" sessions of safe, edicational, fun filled weeks of Day Camp. For those who live too far away to do daily drop offs and pick ups, if you're interested, get back to me, as perhaps we could arrange a "buddy" system with campers whose parents live close. In the meantime, please join us for some wonderful horse filled days this summer.

ALL DAY CAMPS will start at 8:00 am Monday morning and end Thursday at 5:00 pm.

DROP OFF can be as eary as 7:30 A.M. and PICK UP can be as late as 5:30 P.M. Financial arrangements can be made for earlier or later times.

ALL DAY CAMPS will include 3+ hours riding and/or horsemanship sessions, swimming, arts & crafts, games, sports, trail rides and awards.

ALL DAY CAMPERS will bring a snack lunch. Drinks and mid-afternoon snacks will be provided.

FEES:

• NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT of $200.00 or complete registration fee will hold your spot until May 15th.

• DAY CAMP FEE is $650.00

• FEE BALANCE and all required registration forms should by paid by May 15th in order to hold your reservation. All registrations made after May 15 must be paid in full.

• REGISTRATION CLOSES WHEN CAMP SESSIONS ARE FULL. If the camp session you are interested in is full by the time you register (with deposit), your name will be added to a waiting list, and selected in the order received. (Waiting list deposits are refundable if space is not available.)

Parents will fill out the Registration Form and have noterized, and 4 page Health History form with a Doctor’s signature. This "Health History" form is good for 2 years.

You will also need to complete a Medical Authorization form for us to administer "over the counter' medication for such things as ant bites.etc.

Note: you have to print out the registration form, fill it out, and have it notarized. It is in Rich Text Format (.rtf), which is supported by most word processors. If you have any problems downloading or printing the forms, please send us an e-mail, and we'll mail the necessary forms right away. Send all three forms with $200 deposit or full camp fee of $650 by May 15th.
